Excellent service and great team from office to front line technicians. Called for emergency plumbing service for leaking electric water tank in garage. The phone was answered by a friendly and helpful person, which in itself is rare. After emailing photos of the unit, an new electric water heater and expansion tank was installed by two service technicians. Upon completion of installation, technicians thoroughly tested the heating system and cleaned up wet mess. Lori, Mark and James had entire situation resolved within three hours of my phone call. I highly recommend 2nd Century to anyone who needs plumbing services big or small. Prompt, clean and fast service.

Duke is the man! I called 2nd Century Plumbing for a water heater service and he was able to get me back up and running in short order. Very thankful I gave 2nd Century a call. Duke was kind, knowledgeable and simply enjoyable to have working in my home while my son played Fortnite. Highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs. Everything from small service calls to plumbing a massive home on the beach these guys are who you should call. They have a network of capable plumbers that are experts in various aspects of the field. It's an absolute pleasure hiring these guys. Thank you 2nd Century for doing a great job!!! 🪠👨‍🔧💪

2nd Century Plumbing was incredibly responsive. Chuck the plumber was friendly and willing to help all of our needs. I was impressed at the level of service with Tim at 2nd Century to help me locate a faucet and any necessary parts along the way. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I use 2nd Century for my company and they are wonderful to work with. They always answer and get someone sent out quickly. The guys are awesome and professional when they come out. I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is to work with!

As I left my condo, I found an old water heater in front of my garage door, blocking entry. After 10 minutes of standing, leaning on my walker in the heat, calling out for someone to move it, an employee showed up and moved it. I explained since I must use a walker, my access way should not be blocked. They said they needed to place the water heater by the drain. I pointed out there was a drain by the neighbor's garage. I thought they understood I needed clear walkways. 2 hours later I drove back home, only to find my exit from the garage, and the walkway to my home blocked by a shop vac and hoses. (Using a walker...this meant I had no clear walkway into my home.) So, I called the office and spoke to Laurie, trying to explain the situation and my distress ...I told her to remind her work crews to ."stop being stupid”, and that I had explained my disability to their workers 2 hours prior. She told me "I had to understand my neighbor had a major flood." When I tried to explain to her my situation, made worse by my physical disability, she simply hung up on me. My neighbor apologized to me... I said I knew it wasn't her fault...it was the plumbing crew's ignorance. Despite the flood she was left with, there was no need to leave the debris blocking a neighbor's access and egress. I know I won't ever use this company, because Laurie, their "customer service"" person was rude and totally lacking in understanding. ( A simple "I'm sorry, I'll call the crew and tell them" would have sufficed.) And, my new neighbor is left with a flooded condo because a pipe was broken during what should have been a simple water heater replacement.
