I read such great reviews, and they were all with people Who were not my sales representative. I have to say that Richard is not one that I would recommend to anyone . He doesn’t return phone calls. He has every excuse in the book but will not call me. He will text me. I’m still waiting for his phone call. They still didn’t finish the job. He said he was personally going to come over the three times to check out the mess and incomplete the to our satisfaction. We still haven’t heard from him and it’s over one month. I am so disappointed that I will not have this company complete the rest of my windows. Actually, he was supposed to be here when the job was finished so that he could inspect and the people left without even finishing their job. Because it was raining is no excuse to not do your job. The people who recommended us to this company Satisfied with their services, and Richard was not their sales person.
After a few failed attempts with other companies to upgrade the sliding doors in my home to French doors, I finally found Alejandra at AA Glass, she helped me understand the whole process and every step of the way! I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new doors. Thank you so much Alejandra for treating my project as if it was your own. 10/10 recommend!
Very professional service with quality work. Mario Sardinas and his counter part Alejandra went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly and effortlessly. The window looks great and the follow through was on time. I even had to reschedule a different time and Mario did everything possible to accommodate. I highly reccomend.
