Great service. Same day service was great since A/C decided to give out in the hottest day of the year. I called at 7 and by 11am. The work was done professionally and customer service with the call team and service man is top notch. My service advisor, Kyle Lanz is very knowledgeable and helped fix my problem. Thanks.
Maintenance of new system after 3 calls during the day the tech finally arrived at 6PM. The tech was very informative and find that the compressor was not right and that that upstairs needed some additional aluminum tape in many areas. He wrote up all he found and explained to my wife and I how the repair would be done. Overall the tech was outstanding.
We had our first service done for our AC with Eric. He was very pleasant, Informative answered all my questions. He explain a concern I had. Provided me with formation I didn't even know existed. He will be the one I ask for on my next AC check up. Great guy👌
Today, electrical technicians Durman, Guillermo Mauro, and Rodny came to my house to remove the old electrical system from four houses and replace it completely. I didn't expect them to do it all in one day because it seemed like too much, but they did. Thanks to them, I have electricity again
