Horrible company! The shingles they put on the roof were cheap and the job they did was not up to inspection. Upon inspection, it failed. The inspector brought down a shingle to show how either old or a bad batch. A couple weeks later, I had to contact another company who had to take the bad roof off and put on a new one. It passed inspection, no problem. Unless you want to go to court, wait a couple years for a judgement because they keep getting extensions and pay another roofing company.

Great company to work with. My insurance company only wanted to cover a very small amount of my roof damage. Thanks to the team at Apex they covered the whole replacement less my deductible. The roofers were quick and very clean, they are some of the hardest workers I have seen. I’m in the construction industry myself so I know how things operate and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Apex roofing and restoration.

The representatives from APEX were professional. They made the process of dealing with my insurance company simple and painless by talking as my representative. The workmanship done by the roof crew was excellent. The crew completed the roof in two days. The Gutter install followed in a timely manner and the subcontractor used to complete the interior damage caused by the leak was done in a day. Could not be happier with overall experience. Highly recommend

The project was off to a slow start due to the pandemic but the lines of communication was always open (thanks Mindy), but once it got started was the best experience one could ever imagine. Project plan was in place and not one time line was missed. Material delivery, the dry in crew, replacement crew and Project Manager Brain was knowledgeable, informative, unbelievable and finished within the time stated. In 4 days, I had a brand new roof. The gutter replacement was just as good with Lead Angel and his team. If I had to do this again, this would be the place. I don't think you can find better in this part of Florida.

So here is my story with Apex roofing. Most reviews will tell you if they are pleased with their roof replacement or not. I am going to tell you a completely different story. I am going to tell you about a company that never touched my roof. But instead, and more important, I’m going to tell you about this company’s integrity, and honesty. I entered into a contract with Apex roofing after hurricane Ian. They spent their time and money in order to give me a honest and professional estimate. I was happy with their estimate and professionalism so I entered into a signed contract to replace my roof. I live in an an attached townhome, where my neighbor was in agreement with roof replacement. Unfortunately, in the interim, my neighbor passed away, and her children didn’t want to go that route. So Apex understood my predicament and released me from the signed contract with them, without any penalty. Find me another company like that !! Thank you, Apex
