These guys do splendid work! They were able to come out to the store on a short notice and kept me posted on where the technician was leading up to the emergency visit. Michael did a great job. This company as a whole is very efficient. They respond quickly. Give you a time window of arrival amd you get a call when the tech is on his way. Michael gave me a couple of different options and quotes based on my budget. He completed all jobs to a high standard. Very happy with these guys.
Troy and Jacob top notch service! Thank you ! We had our main drain lines clean, wow what a difference ! They used a camera and showed us the issue, hydro jet was performed. We didn’t know it’s recommended to have them clean every 10 to 15 years. Informational friendly and swift. On time and the quote was given before the service was started! Price was under my comparisons. I would recommend this company to everybody.
Unprofessional, No show, Disrespectful! This company had me stay home and wait all day for an appointment, they never showed. 7 PM I get a phone call after waiting all day. Will be here In 45 minutes. I said no, you missed my appointment time frame. I waited all day for you and this was not an emergency appointment. This was a scheduled estimate for a re-plumbing of an entire home. A big job!. The operator/Dispatcher said we have until 9 PM to show up. I said no that was not my appointment time. You don’t have until 9 PM. She then stated that is our policy. No! A company is not going to decide to come to my house at 9 PM. Then argue with me. Be aware, completely unprofessional! At least I found out how they treat customers, before I hired them.
