John completed a through inspection of our A/C unit and was great with explaining what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. During his inspection he found mold in our handler located in the attic. He recommended that we install a UV light to help control the mold. He stayed later than normal to clean the unit (in the rain I may add) and install the light. He was very professional and I would recommend B&B Cool Air if you need any A/C repairs done. We also purchased the maintenance package they offer.
Marcos with this Company did a good job yesterday, and kept us totally informed on his progress. He was friendly and informative. We needed a technician today, and Leonnis' expertise kept us from sweltering in the heat! Leonnis explained everything thoroughly and got us through a stressful time. We will definitely recommend B&B, and will use your Company again! Thank you so much!
Jim Martinez is the epitome of a great maintenance/service technician. He took pictures and literally explained every single thing he did and what it meant. After being gone for 9-weeks, we arrived home to find our indoor temperature at 87. It was clear there had been a power outage at some point, so we tried all the troubleshooting we could do on our own. Finally, we called our service provider for help. By this time it was around 8 PM. There was some more troubleshooting on the phone, but a technician (AJ Leonard) was also immediately dispatched. AJ called and said he was 15- minutes out and started troubleshooting before he even arrived. In the end, he walked us through to a point we got it running. He then arrived and quickly went about flushing out the line. We could not be more pleased with B&B Cool Air or AJ’s expertise and friendliness! And the bonus … it was covered under warranty! We can now get a cool and restful night of sleep.
We have been with B&B for years and have never had anything but great service and service people. AJ Leonard was our service person this time and was excellent. He was very willing to answer all questions and to go the extra mile to make sure we knew what we needed to do for upkeep. AJ was a very pleasant young man.
