We used Benchmark Wildlife to remove a racoon in our attic. Reid was so proffesional, with every update. He did more then we expected, he was very detailed in the findings and we felt assured that we will not have any more issues. He didn't try to up sell us or add on expensive items. The quote covered everything, webcams, multiple visits and future proofing the house. You will not regret having Reid inspect your property.
Benchmark is a fitting name for this business as it should be the benchmark for all other service professionals. I have not had a better experience with any other service professional in all my years! I will not be able to say enough good things about Reid and Benchmark Wildlife. Reid has been extremely responsive, professional, honest and given absolute top notch customer service. His exclusion and removal services are extremely thorough and worth every penny and then some! I would recommend Reid and Benchmark Wildlife to anyone who needs wildlife or carcass removal or any kind of wildlife exclusion work on their home. He is professional, prepared, honest, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. After having four different “wildlife removal” companies come out to locate a carcass in our crawl space, we were frustrated and disillusioned. To be fair, our crawl space is tiny and our home is over 100 years old, but every other company simply walked the perimeter, gave us an overpriced exclusion quote, and left. None of them brought the equipment needed to actually find anything. Reid, the owner of Benchmark Wildlife, was the complete opposite. He showed up prepared with a snake camera, a drill, and a clear plan. It was obvious from the moment he arrived that he takes real pride in his work. He was the only one who provided drawings and a detailed scope of work explaining exactly how he intended to solve our problem. We ultimately hired Benchmark to install flashing around multiple areas of our home, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Reid even included painting the flashing in his quote, something none of the other much more expensive companies offered. Even if Reid increased his prices I would still consider this a great value due to the quality of the work.
I contacted Benchmark Wildlife along with a few other local companies for an estimate for removing raccoons in my attic. He not only when above and beyond for us, but charged a fraction of what the others estimated. I highly recommend them for any wildlife needs.
I used his service on May 2026. We had a squirrel and rat issue in the attic. He blocked the entry points in the roof and around the house and caught six rats. His price was competitive because he just started. He was very careful and detailed to fix our house. I would recommend him to my friends if they have similar issues.
