Having collaborated with many contractors in home remodeling and renewal projects, I offer the greatest praise for BKS Installers LLC, owned by Bryan Sprague. Our newly purchased house needed refreshing. In our case we wanted an improved kitchen, improved bathrooms, better storage, and an office space in the guest bedroom. All tear-outs went smoothly and accordingly the minor electrical (new GFI outlets, fans, lighting fixtures), plumbing, and counter installations were effectively managed in all spaces. The final finishing of the walls (spackling, texture, and pain) met my expectations quite well. The workers arrived on time, maintained the space in an orderly way, and Bryan managed the projects well. My favorite space besides the kitchen is my office in the guest bedroom. Working with Brian is one of the best experiences in remodeling we have ever had. He was dependable and quick to respond to our questions. He was very reliable and neat. Bryan did a fantastic job on our master bathroom tub to walk-in shower conversion. It was a flawless process considering it was done long distance as we live in a different state. My family and I are very pleased with the results.
