I’ve been going to Saretta for over 5 years. She does my hair extensions, cut and color. I decided to try something different and went from 20 inch extensions to an A-line bob just touching my shoulders. I kept a few extensions for volume and length in the front. It looks amazing. She is so talented. I’ve referred several friends to her and they are loyal clients as well. If you want a truly talented stylist whose specialty is extensions mixed with the latest trends, call Saretta.
I got my hair done back in November at blue water salon. What a disaster. $500, 5.5 hours in the chair for patchy mess. I called the salon asking for them to fix it. I even offered to pay, but they refused to get me in. I asked for a foilyage and ended up with this. They told me to DM them on Instagram about setting up a time to fix it. I did and got radio silence. How do you actually do this to someone? It’s so disappointing. I posted a review back in November and it got deleted so I am reposting. I wish I could give 0 stars for this. Really bad business practices all around
Claire is amazing! She truly cares about my hair, gives great advice, and yet listens to my ideas. She is beautiful inside and out. What a gift to this salon!
Emily was waiting for me at the door to greet me, gave very nice color job as well as blowout. I really enjoyed my discussions with her as well as the overall service.
