Yum!!! The food is incredible. I had the swordfish tacos and chips. They are good but extremely small tacos if you are hungry order something larger. My oldest daughter had a burger and fries she said it was just as a burger should be plus the fries where crunchy and she loves crunchy fries. My younger daughter order spaghetti and meatballs. It smelled so good I had to try it!!! My husband order lemon grass hot wings and a salad. He didn't think the lemon grass favor was present. They were good end he enjoyed it but he did not get the new favor experience he was looking for when trying something new. This restaurants is inside The Westin, the Bronze Bird is located in the lobby next to the lobby bar or maybe they are one and the same I couldn't tell because they are side by side with no divisions betweenthem, plus the same staff tends to both. The staff is friendly and professional. Specially the lady host that showed us to our table and she also took our drinks and food order. I don't know if they were short staffed or if the normal situation is 1 host, 1 bartender, 1 bus boy, 1 waiter. Ether way it cause some delay issues. After the Host showed us to our seats there was a long wait before the waiter came to see us so she took our drink and food order. Then when the food came out our waiter finally came to say hello he refilled our drinks but we never saw him after that. We had to call a bus boy to refill my husband's drink. To make the wait matter worse we waited over 15 minutes for someone to bring us the check despite us asking for it. We got tired of waiting and decided to stand by the hostess station to remind the waiter we are still waiting for our check. Usually we are pretty patient and the vibe was nice we didn't mind the long wait because we were full and satisfied... but our Uber waiting. I gave this place 5 star because everything was great except the long wait times. If i could suggest something is adding two waters and two bussers to care for their duties and to provide refills check up also having the host assist with check outs when waiters are busy. All in all, we enjoyed our night out.

Solid place with great food and quick service. The chicken burger was top notch with great seasoning and flavor and not messy. The pickles that were on it was tasty and made a great combo. The lobster roll had plenty of lobster in it and the frieeessasss cooked to perfection.

Strong five star experience. Wonderful atmosphere with a fire pit outside. All of our dishes were 5 star. Watermelon feta salad had excellent dressing and glaze, sweet, with great nuts too. Bronze Bird entree was moist and layered with flavors and textures. Frest vegetables in well seasoned accompaniments. Great breading and bun on the hot chicken sandwich. Great burn, but not too much. Baja Alfredo was fun. Chocolate lava cake with black raspberry gelato was outstanding. Castviron chocolate chip cookie also. Very, very good. Juan was delightful. Reasonable prices. Great for all ages. Would recommend to anyone and return.

Big fan of this restaurant!!! Food is delicious and fast. Drinks are really good as well. Service is always top notch! I had to come back and edit this review. Bronze bird is one of the best restaurants in San Diego! The service is absolutely amazing and the food is just the best!!!

I had the Wendy’s Bourbon Burger and yam fries, absolutely delicious. Cast iron skillet cookie and ice cream was also great. Our server Juan was attentive and courteous, overall a wonderful first impression. Keep up the great work!
