We have now had the pleasure of using Caloosa Tent Rentals for two parties at our home. 10 out of 10!!! Both times were an excellent experience and made the events so fantastic. Whether it’s high-tops around the pool or banquet tables for a sit-down meal - we were able to also get nice linens, decor, and even sequined table cloths to fit the decor. Guests were thrilled to see the red carpet and champagne fountain on NYE and then stepped over to a platform with a large arch used as a photo backdrop - all delivered and set-up by the staff. If you’re planning a special event we can wholeheartedly recommend using them.

Caloosa had good pricing with regards to their rental of tent and stage (we did a backyard reception). There was constant changes with tent size due to double booking, date changes of when they would drop off and pick up. While it was a lot going on with the changes, they were courteous in not charging which did benefit us. Besides the changes my main issue is how the pick up crew handled details in my backyard. They left numerous zip ties in my backyard scattered that I had to go through and pick up Should you go with Caloosa please be sure to double check the yard that nothing is left behind that could be hazardous if you have animals.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They delivered dirty glasses, a bar table in awful condition that was completely unusable, and tablecloths that were torn — yet they claimed everything was “brand new.” Despite initially agreeing to issue a refund, they later tried to charge me instead, even after I provided clear proof of the damages. Extremely unprofessional behavior throughout the process. I would strongly advise against using this company for any event — completely unreliable and dishonest.

We placed an order via email and confirmed with Patricia over the phone. We had last minute changes. Callosa Tent and Rental accommodated our requests and provided timely delivery to us which ensured our event went off well. Amazing experience with Caloosa Tent & Rental! We were not able to find a Santa Costume for our businesses Family Night! Last minute they came through with an amazing suit! Can't thank them enough!
