WOW- we can’t thank Stan and his team enough. We had an existing Pentair system, and their knowledge of the equipment was incredible - they knew it like the back of their hand. They flew in from Florida to assist us here in the Bahamas and even had the required equipment delivered ahead of time. They’re fully eligible to work in the Bahamas and have their own plane, which made scheduling and coordination exceptionally smooth. Truly outstanding service and professionalism from start to finish.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! Brandon came out today to look at our salt cell and realized right away that it was a newer model than what we thought and was able to get it replaced under warranty. He is an incredible asset to a great company. I highly recommend using CPI pools for all your pool needs! Incredible job!

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem with our heater. Replaced the thermostat and reprogrammed our control board which was above and beyond our expectations. Hope we don’t see him anytime soon for any additional issues. But if we have one we’ll absolutely request him. Thank you Brandon and Caribbean Pools.

Brandon is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. He replaced two of my pool lights quickly and professionally. He found a bad actuator and explained the issue and gave me recommendations. Great and professional person.

Had a small issue with our fireballs- Caribbean pools responded quickly . Brandon checked them out, made a few tweaks and they are working great!!! Thank you Brandon for being amazing at your job! Thorough, professional and just nice to work with.. Keep up the good work! 😃
