Just want to give a shout out to the folks who dealt with a water supply incident today! During improvements to infrastructure a water main was damaged— these folks had it fixed within 4 hours! Sure, we have to boil water for a bit and sanitize everything, but YAY YOU! Accidents happen. I appreciate how quickly you fixed it! Thank you.
VERY UNHAPPY.I tried numerous times to contact.at least 10 times.8 out of ten times the line was not excepting phone calls?????.Twice left messages never recieved call back.My taxes increased over 700 dollars last year.We as a city are going backwards in many ways. Update. Impressed with the attention I received when I went to city Hall. Had some business to attend to.They were very helpful and professional. The system between department needs some efficiency improvements.
Great bunch of people. When you call, they will get you to the department you need. When it comes to Public Works. ( Only).
Don't bother calling; you get disconnected on the first ring every time.
