I had a great experience with Jessica from the customer service team at Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. I've seen these containers in Ft Myers all my life & allow me to first say that Coastal is cleaner than any other construction I have ever seen. Plus, Samuel from customer service is very knowledgeable & educational. Definitely a true definition of "service with a smile". Coastal all the way.. would definitely use them again

I called with an inquiry about a rental for some upcoming renovations and spoke with Samuel. He was beyond helpful and very informative. I asked about 15000 questions and he answered every single one with so much patience and care. I was very unfamiliar with the process and he so thoroughly explained it all. He is the star example of what customer service should be.
