My mom and dad have been using Collier Pool Service for a lot of years. After dad passed and my mom got older they went down hill. The pool was never sprinkling clean again. They leave a ticket as to what they did and my mom watched the guy and he did none of what was on that ticket. My mom is gone now and the pool is cloudy and looks terrible. They must know the house is empty and just not taking care of the pool properly. I fired them and hired another company, they said I would see a big improvement in a few days. If you continue to use this company just make sure the tech are doing their job, they slack off if they know your not home or the house is empty.

Honest review: We have been using collier pool service for a lil over a year now and depending on the pool tech is how clean our pool stays. We pay $160 for plan B which means they check the water levels one visit and clean the pool next visit which absolutely makes zero sense. Anyway, sometimes you get lucky and the pool tech cleans your pool and checks water levels like Juan. The pool tchnicians probably stays less than 10 minutes. They absolutely give zero care and are never pleasant besides Juan. I constantly have to call and leave a message that the pool tech didn't clean or scrub the pool because noone ever answers the phone. We are shopping around for new pool companies. I do not recommend this company. It's a hit or miss with the pool techs and they are never consistent.

I have had collier pool service for over 3 years and absolutely love them! I just want to say how amazing Juan Carlos is!!!! So on top of it and comes the same time every week and is such a wonderful person! Thank you for being such a great business
