About a year ago, our Association hired an outside cleaning company, Crystal Clean. They initially brought in a young lady who was trained for the position, but she left a few months later. They then replaced her with Marianne, and we could not be happier. Marianne is very professional, kind, and extremely attentive to detail. She is also definitely a team player and has been a wonderful addition to the property. All of our residents are very happy with her work. She keeps the property looking immaculate, clean, and smelling beautiful at all times. Crystal Clean occasionally contacts us to check on how she is doing, but they do not interfere with our daily operations in any way. Their professionalism and follow-up have also been greatly appreciated.
We are in the process of starting a new company and I contacted Crystal Clean through their website. They got back to me quickly, had someone out to meet with me, had a quote back promptly and I hired them. Since then they have done a deep clean followed by twice monthly cleaning. The staff is friendly and thoughtful and the quality of work is excellent. Management checks in regularly with me to ensure I am happy with the level of service. Hands down, the best commercial cleaning service I have ever dealt with. 10/10 recommend!

When on site, they are friendly and always open to feedback and additional requests. When contacting the office the team is easy to reach and always returns calls promptly. Stopped in passing by for a Full Interior Detail during a midweek lunch. The price was surprisingly affordable though the wait area was packed. They missed a spot in the cup holder, but the carpets look great. Not gonna lie, it looks better than the local competition. 🧼
