Just to clarify, my review had nothing to do with the price or tipping. I paid $45 for a basic haircut and was unhappy with the result because the haircut was uneven. That's why I left a 1-star review. Your response doesn't address the actual issue I had.
This is what a barbershop should looks like. A beautiful, clean, and family oriented environment with excellent barbers. This seems like an interior designer was hired to decorate the place. Beautiful floors, white and gold drawers, matched with the black and gold chairs. The Bathroom!!! A must see. This looks like a bathroom made for luxury clubs or restaurants. Always clean and smelling great. This is my second time coming and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Rafael Ramírez, he’s a great barber.

Great Barber shop, they have many skilled barbers, doesn’t matter who gives you a cut they are all good. You can walk right in and very little wait, any day of the week.
