I had to give a review for diamond dogs in Bonita Springs because of how exceptional the service is. Laura, who groomed my two little dogs is absolutely talented and needs to be recognized for the care and detail she did with my dogs. They’re not the easiest dogs to groom and she is very loving and the place is super clean and tailor to make dogs feel comfortable. I’ve never seen a place like it. It’s truly a spa for dogs. Please look no further than Laura at diamond dogs and Bonita Springs.!!!!!!!!!

Coco was calm upon his return. He looked great and was confident. He seems to like his new cut. Laura, his groomer, was very welcoming and did a fabulous job. Coco went immediately to her with no hesitation. I loved the comments and photos of him that were sent before I returned to pick him up. Thanks, Laura!❤️

I recently moved here from out of state and was calling around looking for a new groomer when I found Diamond Dogs Grooming. From the moment Laura answered the phone, I knew I had found the right place. She was so kind, patient, and answered every question I had. I have two dogs who are complete opposites, Billy is extremely nervous, and Lincoln is very hyper… so I’m always anxious about finding a groomer who can handle both personalities with patience and care. Laura exceeded every expectation. When I arrived, she even walked me to the back and showed me exactly where she would be bathing them, drying them, and letting them relax until I came to pick them up. It immediately made me feel comfortable knowing they’d be in such a calm and caring space. Throughout the appointment she also sent me pictures to keep me updated and you can clearly see how happy they were. That meant so much to me. And the best part? When I picked them up, they weren’t in cages. Billy was peacefully asleep in a cozy room, and Lincoln was happily running around, being his usual energetic self. If you have any hesitation about booking an appointment here, don’t. Laura is amazing, and she truly treats your pets like her own. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to take your pets. Both my dog and cat have had excellent services with very kind and caring professionals. Especially Laura at the Bonita location!!
