Every employees that I have dealt with was absolutely wonderful. From Nicole,to the Technicians, Mark,Ozzie & Gerry all the way up to Roger- each one great representatives for this company. They got this unhappy ,cranky uncomfortable old lady's old system removed,financed, and a new system installed all within the time span of 24 hrs! I cannot say enough to properly convey my gratitude to everyone at Dolphin Cooling & Heating Inc. Highly recommend them,prompt,courteous,knowledgeable , reasonably priced to boot!

Nos was excellent! I don't think I have had a technician do a more detailed job! Clean, knowledgeable, and respectful. I know techs hop around bc of great demand, hope Dolphin retains him

Mark, the technician came out today to repair my air conditioner and also to provide maintenance. He was exceptional - very knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping me to undetstand how to connect my virtual theromstate. I used Dophin once before and found them to be very good and after today, with Mark doing such a great and thorough job, Dolphin is truly the best option in SW Florida. I highly recommend them - and Mark. Because of this experience I signed up for an annual maintenance contract - well worth it.

I had an emergency visit last week due to a water leak from the unit above me and a planned maintenance scheduled this week. Mark was the technician not times and was fabulous! He provided great explanations so that I knew what was being done both times. I highly recommend them!
