Terrible customer service. They put in the irrigation to my new home. I Haven’t even been in my home for six months. Water bill has been extremely high. I have called them multiple times. They have come out multiple times and now they are telling me it’s a backflow issue and they want to charge me to fix it. This has been going on for at least a month. They keep telling me our management will call me back and I have yet to hear from them.. Kind of I would think a company this big should stand behind what they do. I took apart the backflow system, put it back together, and it no longer leaks. There was no pipe in there. I am replying to your response. There was never a pipe in the backflow. I unscrewed two things rinse them. Let it flow for a minute put them back in and had no problem. I spoke with Christian on 5/1/26. He said he checked all of the sprinkler heads and they were all working fine. Nothing really changed. I had someone else just come out today. Check the sprinklers. They were buried underground, and the water was barely trickling out of most if not all of them. Called him again and the response was we’ve already done our job.

I first noticed Drake Lawn & Pest Control because of my neighbor. Their lawn was always absolutely impeccable. It stood out on the whole street, and I remember thinking that’s exactly what I wanted for my own yard. That’s what led me to give them a call, and I’m so glad I did. Now, I can honestly say I have one of the most immaculate lawns on the block. The transformation has been incredible. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. Every time I’ve needed something or have a question, they’ve been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Because of that, we ended up trusting them not just with our lawn care, but also with pest control, and even recently, a full irrigation revamp and new sprinkler system in my backyard to take care of my zoysia lawn. A special shoutout to John, who has been an amazing sales rep from day one. He truly puts my family’s needs first and is always available whenever I need him. That level of care goes a long way. Also, big shout out to Jr. for the excellent irrigation work on our backyard. It desperately needed it going into the summer, and he absolutely delivered. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the results and the service. Highly recommend Drake Lawn & Pest Control if you want your lawn to stand out for all the right reasons!

I’m a new customer [June 2026] with Drake…the initial services were for irrigation repair and lawn & shrub services. So far, I am satisfied with the service notifications, technicians and services performed. I would like to continue on this positive journey to keeping the irrigation system maintained and lawn weed under control. My only concern is that there is no solution to controlling weeds in the shrub (flower bed) area from populating….i have yet to find a company policy regarding that. Hoping for more reasonably priced services and follow-up as needed if not satisfied. Thank you for the quick response to my home maintenance needs!

I contacted Drake initially when I saw a sign in the yard they had treated. The yard looked great. I haven’t been disappointed yet. I believe his name is Hezekiah who treats my lawn. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also whenever I call their office they are the same. Drake is worth trying!

I am not a current customer, however recently a technician, Dylan, went above and beyond. He took the time to stop and get out of his truck driving by my house to give me some helpful tips on improving my lawn. It's rare to find someone willing to help without expecting anything in return. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine willingness to educate me made a great impression. Based on that experience alone, Il definitely be signing up for service soon. Highly recommend.
