The restaurant has a nice and cozy vibe perfect for date night or, in our case, family night out. The homemade foccacia bread that comes endless with the olive oil and balsamic vinegarette is chef's kiss!!! I could literally just go there for the bread and drinks and be quite content. All of the wait staff were incredibly nice and welcoming! The food was great and we didn't feel rushed at all during our experience here. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here again!👌🏾👏🏾
Eddie's kitchen, the food was excellent. I had chicken alfredo and a desert to die for. It was the chef favorite dessert. Eddie Jr. was very polite and very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I love Eddie's kitchen. I will go there again if ever in Santa Rosa.
No flavor . Bland. Each dish has only two or three ingredients. No color my red sauce on the lasagna was orange. I was quoted there was beef in it but I could not visually see it anywhere. First basket of bread was stale. And the second basket was stale. Nice staff however I don't feel there's a formula they follow. It felt informal and random.
Eddie's Kitchen Review Atmosphere We sat at the bar, where the staff was amazing and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Drinks ordered champagne, beer, and wine Foods Ordered Osso Buco ($38.00) This dish featured a slowly braised veal shank served over saffron risotto. The meat was incredibly tender, and the saffron risotto provided a subtle, rich flavor that complemented the veal perfectly. While some might find the risotto a bit plain, it’s clear the intention was to let the veal shine without overpowering it. The simplicity of the risotto allows the delicate flavors of the braised veal to take center stage, making for a well-balanced dish. Blackened Ribeye ($48.00) A well-seasoned 13 oz. ribeye topped with a butter port sauce. The steak was incredibly tender, with the sauce enhancing its flavors beautifully. The accompanying cauliflower and potatoes had a satisfying texture—slightly crunchy, not too soft. Garlic Bread $12 I ordered the garlic bread and was disappointed. The garlic flavor was weak, and the cheese was lacking. They use the same type of bread as the regular table bread, which didn’t elevate the dish. I'd recommend sticking with the regular table bread instead. Dessert Crème Brûlée This dessert was pretty amazing. The sugar balance was perfect, and the sugar crust was just the right texture—not too hard. However, the garnish was slightly off, as. they were a bit heavy-handed with the sugar powder. Vanilla Ice Cream It is a simple yet classic way to end the meal. Overall Eddie's Kitchen delivered a solid dining experience with attentive service and well-executed dishes, especially the steak and crème brûlée. The ambiance is great, but I'm a little conflicted about the TV—personally, I'd do away with it to enhance the atmosphere. I also think there’s room for improvement with the bar display. They only offer wine and beer, which limits the drink options. The food and drinks were fairly priced, offering good value for the quality provided.
This is a newer restaurant, in the place where Sizzling Tandoor used to be. It has been completely renovated and looks beautiful. The food is fantastic - the owner/chef (Eddie) greeted us and made the food perfectly as ordered. The fettuccini with salmon and creamy-pesto sauce was perfect. The deserts were also excellent (mango ice cream and creme brulee). Service was great, friendly and attentive. They have a beer and wine bar, and several great beers on tap (I had Henhouse IPA). We will be back and have found a new favorite in Santa Rosa.
