The Technician, Keith, did a fantastic job on the maintenance call of my AC system. He explained his function on the call, checked the AC filter and sprayed a pleasant smelling oder liquid into the venting system. He answered all my questions and at the conclusion of the checkup he advised me that I had no problems. Thank you Keith, you did a great job. In the future I will always ask for your services.
I have been using Expert Air for several years and highly recommend them. My Tech, Jason, does excellent work...their customer service and response time can't be beat. I work in the property management industry and highly recommend them.

The employees were very professional and did an excellent job. They were clean, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The manager responded to my call and handled my needs fast, I was worked into their schedule the next day. I signed a maintenance agreement with them so they can care for my AC and catch these problems before I am without air, something I never want to exoerience again.
> In January 2022, we hired Expert Air to replace an existing condenser for our house and also to install a mini split air conditioning system for our garage. We had used Expert Air for over 15 years in our homes without any problem. This time, after they installed the new AC condenser and mini split unit in the garage, we paid them in full which was a big mistake. For almost two years Expert Air did not close the permits that were required by the city of Naples. > > For nearly two years, they led me to believe that they were going to close the permits and never did. I emailed them, texted them and called them monthly if not weekly to get an updated status. Recently, I found out that Mark Henry sold the company and was no longer active in the business. He was the one that pulled the initial permit. I had to take over the permits as an owner/builder in December 19, 2023, and finally closed the permits on January 11, 2024. It cost me additional $805.67 to close the permits. The new owner wanted nothing to do with us and most likely knew the additional cost to close the permit so just blew us off. I do not recommend this company.
