This was my first time ever using a professional maid service for a move-in cleaning, and I can honestly say Extreme Maids exceeded every expectation. Booking online was quick and simple. I received a same-day follow-up call to confirm my appointment, plus a call before and after the cleaning was completed. Their communication alone shows how professional and organized they are. On the day of service, Laydis personally called with her exact ETA. From the moment she arrived, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She listened carefully as my wife explained exactly what we wanted done and even pointed out areas we hadn’t noticed ourselves. That level of attention to detail really impressed us. Laydis truly went above and beyond. Our apartment looked better than new when she finished. The bathrooms, sink and toilet were sparkling white. The floors were spotless and shining. The kitchen countertops, oven, microwave, and sink were cleaned to perfection. Even the bedroom rugs and blinds were meticulously cleaned. We chose the move-in service with deep cleaning option, and I’m so glad we did. The difference was incredible. I would absolutely recommend Extreme Maids to friends and family. If you can request Laydis, do it — she’s exceptional. Thank you, Laydis!

We have been working with Extreme Maids for about 4 or 5 years now. They are always very professional & accommodating and they communicate really well. Madelaine always did such a great job at our old condo that my husband & I started requesting her specifically. We even asked if she was available in our area when we moved an hour away & we are SO FORTUNATE that she does! Grateful to have her helping us now in our NEW home. She is warm & friendly, always punctual, a great communicator, & is exceptionally skilled & efficient at what she does. Don't know what we'd do without her!! I will recommend Extreme Maids over & over again. No question!

We had a wonderful time experience with Extreme Maids! The online scheduling is super easy; their website makes it clear what each service includes, and pricing is very fair and transparent. They communicated several times prior to our appointment, and called to check in during and after the cleaning to make sure everything went well. I so appreciate the open communication. We had a deep cleaning done and Rosaidy did a great job. She was at our house for several hours, used great care and took her time to mind every detail. The house looks fantastic! As a bonus, she was friendly with our dogs and didn’t mind letting them say hello once before we kept them out of her way. We will definitely be using Extreme Maids on regular basis!

Every maid that Extreme maids has sent in for two years has been qualified and I’d have them again, but after a while you decide on one or two specific maids and ask for them. I like that they are conscientious about making me happy and satisfied as well as I feel safe leaving them alone in the house (with our big baby, the lab) and Laura will send me pictures of locking up if I’m away. I’ve recommend this agency to neighbors before.
