The first appointment after my initial consultation left me so pleased that I switched dental offices. Dr. Giddens and his staff came highly recommended so the bar was high. They met and exceeded my expectations. From the friendly, professional, and accommodating staff to the expertise of Dr. Giddens, I can't recommend them more. His honesty about what I need and what I don't came as a pleasant surprise and I knew they weren't trying to oversell what was not necessary. An upcoming procedure that I do need seemed a bit costly and I'm not sure how it compares with other offices, but they seemed willing to discuss this when we get closer to that appointment. During my first procedure, I was amazed not only with the state-of-the-art equipment, but the effortless partnership and communication between Dr. Giddens and one of his dental assistants, Isabella. It was like watching a well rehearsed symphony of talent that left me feeling confident in my decision to entrust them with my care. My hygienist, Cheyenne was absolutely delightful and knows her craft well. I had one of the best experiences with a cleaning in a long time and am looking forward to my 6-month followup. Great office, fabulous team.

From the moment I walked into the office to the moment I left, the staff was so kind and very welcoming! I started my appointment off by receiving a comfort menu with many options to make my visit as comfortable as possible. Isabella took my x-rays and scans and she made the entire process go smoothly and quickly!! I had went for a cleaning and whitening session which exceeded my expectations! Dr. Sandhu took her time explaining everything to me all while getting to know me. She did not rush through my appointment making sure to answer any questions or doubts I had. Lauren who was my hygienist today was so helpful and made my teeth feel & look amazing! This was my first time ever getting whitening done but the process was thoroughly explained and very affordable. I even got an aftercare pen to take home for touchups! Overall this was a 10/10 experience. I would recommend this office to anyone especially to people that get nervous at the dentist because the staffs kindness and attention to detail was super! Already scheduled my next appointment with Lauren!

Best dentist office I’ve ever been to! Definitely felt like a 5 star spa day. The office is beautiful & the staff is very friendly. The comfort menu & the gift was a nice touch. Lauren was so fun to hangout with that it didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Love it here!!! My teeth also feel incredible!

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Sandhu and her team. I'm an anxious person by nature, and she and the staff always make sure I'm comfortable. It doesn't feel like I'm going to the dentist. It feels like I'm visiting friends! She has completed a crown for me and fixed 2 chipped teeth. They look incredible! She is truly an artist! The assistants, front and back staff, and hygienists have also all been so sweet.

Unethical Billing Practices and Lack of Informed Consent I visited Feather Sound Smile on March 26 for a routine root canal. What should have been a straightforward procedure became a troubling experience due to predatory billing and lack of transparency. While reclined for my procedure without my glasses, staff handed me NEW paperwork and pressured me to sign quickly—claiming the numbing agent would lose effectiveness during my root canal. This created an impossible choice: sign unreviewed documents or compromise my treatment. I signed without understanding what I was agreeing to. I was then pushed into an expensive bridge procedure without a clear explanation of out-of-pocket costs. My final bill was over $4,000 for what was quoted as a $1,600 filling. The bridge later required rework by a different dentist, who also had to correct problems that developed after my visit. Additionally, I never received the retainer I was promised, and I'm now being charged over $2,000 for work I did not knowingly authorize. What concerned me most: No post-visit appointment, no itemized documentation of charges, and no transparency about costs before procedures were performed. My advice: Request a written, itemized estimate BEFORE any work begins, ask for everything in writing, and consider a second opinion before agreeing to additional procedures. I no longer trust this office and will not return.
