I rarely leave reviews but when the service greatly exceeds my expectations I want others to know about it. This company has excellent service and are highly experienced. They know everything about windows. I had an entrance door window that needed to be replaced. This outfit promptly responded and installed the window the same day right around Christmas. 5 stars!!!

Life savers ! Saved me loads of $ repairing old stuck windows. Other companies tried to make me replace. Now my windows work as good as new. They are an awesome company professional ,on time , knowledgeable, accommodating, respectful, neat & responsible. Call them and save your safe the expense new windows- if you have a good quality ones and that just need the springs and parts replaced call the experts. You won’t regret it - I am a very satisfied customer

Great service, super nice people. My sliding glass door broke on Sunday, called them Monday morning and they told me they could repair it Wednesday, possibly Thursday. They called me Tuesday morning and told me they could come out and do it that day. 24 hour turnaround, great work, and will call again! Thanks guys.

Really Bad service. Everytime I called the company, a women would answer and it would sound like she was waking up. Had scheduled the repaired and no show. When I called the company (Remind you, I called because no one showed at the schedule time at 8-930. On a day I scheduled to go in late to work due to the appointment I set), they said that they weren't coming till later that day. Still no call to let me know they were/were't coming. So I called again the next morning, I asked why no one called to inform me, they said they had no secretary on duty. Only person working was the owner. He was very rude and said he was coming before three to repair the window. Still no show and no call. I highly recommend for no one to call this company. Really rude and unprofessional services. If you don't want to take the job, then just say so and I could look some where else. Which I did! Same price. Next day service and really great. Word of advice, "Once you make a commitment, stick to it!"

The people at Fixin Windows are awesome! They came over the same day I called to give me a very fair quote. Less tan a week later they returned at 5pm to fix the broken slider glass door. I highly recommend them!
