My experience with floor and decor was over all well, my only complaint is that the sales rep Rob in Naples, FL location on pine ridge rd, that I worked with was very inpatient, gave no interest & often got frustrated with me in my decision making process which in turn made my experience not enjoyable. In my opinion I am not a difficult person to work with. I just like to make sure grout color matches and the floor tiles and wall tiles don’t clash & look good together. I am currently remodeling my entire home. I want to make sure that what I’m putting in is something I’m going to love for years to come. The sales rep seemed as if I was a bother & that his time was limited, you’d think I would be able to work with someone for how ever long I need considering how expensive everything is. I mentioned to the sales person that I can figure it out myself if he needs to work with other people assuming he is working on commission that I was taking to much of his time he then informed me that they do not work on commission. So that assured me he just didn’t want to work with me. He also is not every good with technology my order was messed up a few times & he gets frustrated with the computer easily. Floor and decor has great selection & the tile company they recommended is amazing, K & T Floors employees were great and so glad that I was recommended to them. I don’t normally write reviews & don’t like to complain about someone but this level of expense should be something someone should at least get to enjoy & be happy designing their home & what goes into it. Highly DO NOT recommend. Purchase from an actual retailer that will provide the service that a customer paying full price deserves. Customer Service does not exist at either of their SWFL locations. My entire project is delayed and now more fees incurred because of the lack of employee training and service. They put you on hold and hang up on you while you're still speaking! I purchased XL slabs and paid for an expensive delivery that ended up being a woman in a ford pick up truck that said she's not touching to 108" tiles i ordered- just driving them here. Sales person never once told me i would be responsible for unloading and carrying the tiles. Manager was completely unapologetic. This was my first AND LAST purchase from this place.
Ms. Ferguson was amazing and knows the inventory like the back of her hand. Attentive to your needs with an eye for color, I would highly recommend working with her.
Big shout out to Ana in the Naples showroom! We've been working with Ana, and yesterday was our extensive, final tile selection for our two bathrooms. Ana made wonderful suggestions, the shopping experience was a pleasure. She is professional, friendly, efficient, has a great eye, she listens and she knows her way around the store -- saving us much valuable time. In addition, she also helped with the porcelain floor tile selection for our home, procuring exactly what we wanted. Ana is a gem! If your'e heading to the Naples Floor and Decor, be sure to seek her out. We highly recommend her.
Fransisco was very patient and kind while dealing with us. I'm a DIY person working on my third bathroom, but I needed help selecting the correct materials, and picking out tile. He is a designer , and he helped us make good decisions on what tile to buy. It was very much appreciated.
