My experience with Floor and Decor goes back quite a few years. This trip was exceptional as Karla the store associate who helped with a hardwood flooring for our condo. She knew the products and guided us through the entire decision making progress. We decided on engineered hardwood for our project. Karla helped with the underlayment and trim we needed. She was wonderful and as you can see the flooring went down seamlessly. I met Tiffany at the checkout and she was great and saved me 10% on my ordered. I opened a store line of credit promotion and she assisted me taking only a few minutes. My experience was the best I can remember thanks to these to associates. The really have a great Customer mindset and made my experience a pleasure! Product installation was very good and the boards locked together very tightly with ease. Nice flooring that color and pattern matched from box to box. Always buy same lot numbers. Update, over 600 views, people do use reviews to help make good decisions. I personally like and will continue to use Floor&Decor check it out.
Great flooring store with amazing selection of all types of floors. Love the Nucore LVP line, very satisfying for customers and quality work. Only draw back it is the delivery cost $$$. So, if you hire me to install your floors, I will delivery to you for half of their price 😉.
Big shout out to the staff at this location! Everyone was beyond helpful and so very kind. The MVP was for sure Ahmed. He spent over 3 hours ensuring my dream home would be completed to my standards. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions with a smile. He is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The checkout process was so pleasant Tiffany is so kind and sweet. I am so relieved this process was so enjoyable.
We recently remodeled 2 bathrooms and I could not have done it without the help of Julie Young in the Design Department at this location. She helped me pick the perfect tile, grout colors (important), schluter, pebble floor tile (showers) and marble tile for an accent wall. I could not have done it without her. If you need design help, request Julie. She has a degree in design from FGCU and she knows color!
I want to recognize Mackenzie at Floor & Decor for providing exceptional customer service. She was absolutely stellar from start to finish! She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient while helping me with my bathroom renovation project. Mackenzie took the time to answer all of my questions, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed.
