The office staff is friendly and professional and the facility is clean. Dr. Do is exceptionally knowledgeable. He administered two injections to my knees explaining each part of the procedure as he did it. The procedure was painless (amazing since I’m a “needle-phobe”) and I felt comfortable. Dr. Do answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed. We discussed possible treatment options and their ramifications. I will return to this practice and recommend it to my friends.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to for this one. Dr. Do has to probably be the best doctor I've ever visited. He is kind, compassionate, very knowledgable, extremely thorough, took his time, making sure to explain everything and gave plenty of examples and even rephrased things until I fully understood. I felt heard, understood, and I did not feel rushed. Most doctors are in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes, 10 if I'm lucky, but he spent nearly an hour with me going over everything. All of the staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The office was calm, clean, and organized. I also managed to get my appointment within 3 days from when I called to schedule it. Overall 10/5 stars
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Do as my hand surgeon. From the very first appointment, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. He is not only incredibly skilled, but also extremely gentle, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Dr. Do has a calm and professional demeanor, and he communicates everything in a clear, thoughtful, and eloquent way that makes you feel confident and at ease. He takes the time to answer questions and ensures you fully understand your treatment and recovery. What really sets him apart is his level of care and compassion. You never feel rushed, he truly treats each patient with respect and individualized attention. I highly recommend Dr. Do to anyone in need of a hand surgeon. You’re in excellent hands.
Such a pleasant visit with Dr. DO all the staff are very friendly. The xray guy has a great personality and the Dr. Really has the nicest low key voice and he explains everything in such an understanding way. I felt a really good vibe with him and I don't even need a 2nd opinion for my simple surgery.
Dr Forster is a fantastic surgeon, great personality, very informative, get to the point with out all the Big words normal people can understand he does not need all the big words. His actions speak louder than anything very successful surgeon. I would recommend him to my family and friends as I do. he has performed many surgeries on my wrist and hands very successful. I’m very happy with him. Never had a problem with him or his staff. Corrine is great very accommodating young lady very personable. she is as Assistant. They work well together. Thank you Antoinette
