After researching several brands and different companies we went with florida wood window and door. From the initial appointments, to the Sales team, management, installers. Everything was 5star. I think people that are posting negative reviews should make sure they are reviewing the correct company. I would highly recommend this company for any type of window , door etc. Great company period!!

DO NOT make the mistake of calling this company. I asked about a sliding door replacement and they told me they had a minimum of two openings for service. I get it. I said thanks I only have one. Now I get constant calls. I asked multiple times to be removed from the call list as they won't do the one door I need. I just spoke to them again. The salesman still tried to get me to replace another window that I don’t need to get the minimum order. This has been months of harassment. They always call from a different number, so no matter how many times I block them, they keep leaving messages.

I’m extremely pleased with Florida Window and Door! Their sales person explained everything that would happen from start to finish. The windows are excellent quality and the price was extremely competitive. They handled all of the paperwork for the MY SAFE FLORIDA HOME program. Their financing program is the best of any company! I never had to call them for anything because Deja called me to set up the appointment for installation and even coordinated with the county inspector to be here the day after the installation was completed. Alain Corona was our installation leader. He made sure that his crew was very professional. They did excellent work. He took photos of every step with every window. Our house has a stucco exterior which was applied after the original windows were installed. They had to remove some large areas of stucco and installed new stucco to such excellent results that it’s difficult to tell what was done. I knew I would have to paint the new stucco, they made it very easy for me to paint. There were a few minor issues that required Corona to correct which he did on the first try with no issues. I give Florida Window and Door 10 stars! We’re also looking forward to taking advantage of the free cruise, or maybe the week at a condo in Italy.

Problem solvers – I had been told an entire lock Including the handle on my slider would have to be changed, but Chris came over and repaired it in literally two minutes. Excellent response time. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!

I ordered a sliding glass door from Florida window and door over 7 months ago. It took over 20 weeks to get the door then, when they scheduled installation, the installers messed the job up so bad they had to reorder the door and reinstall it. The second door did not have the right hardware on it. So then they had to order new hardware. I just received a phone call today saying the hardware was in wanted to schedule installation. They told me it would be 2 weeks out because they're. Service and warranty department were that far out. That tells me I must not be the only one having a problem with them. Scoot Berman Is the CEO of Florida window and door I have reached out to him several times he will not return my phone calls. Or my emails, he has one of his flunkeys Do it rather than to talk to the customer himself. I did find out that he is the head of some other companies. I found that out on link in sounds like he has too many irons in The fire at the same time and can't handle it.
