Called about garage door service as it was noisy and closing with a bang for a long time. Scheduled same day between 10 and 12. Rafael texted to confirm arrival before noon. Fair price estimate for possible choices. Rafael demonstrated repairs, verified function of all repairs with me and left area clean. Amazing and thoroughly functioning and quiet now.
Rafael was super nice and very knowledgeable. He showed me the problem, and gave me a quote. He had the parts in the back of his truck and 30 minutes later he had completed the job. Great guy, I enjoyed visiting with him.
Rafael came out, installed some new springs and we were back in business. Rafael was great, knowledgeable and most importantly professional. Great job + great service = repeat business from my household (but he said he uses the best parts) and I wouldn’t need to see him for a long time.
I called Garage Tec at 4:30pm today because my garage door would not close. I saw all of the wonderful reviews from other customers, but I never expected to get someone here today. Rachel was so nice on the phone and said a service man would be here between 5:00 & 7:00pm. Erick was here by 5:30. Erick found the problem immediately, explained everything to me, answered my questions and installed a new opener for me. Erick was very friendly, and kind and made sure I understood everything. He showed me that my garage door is damaged & needs to be replaced. I will be calling this company again. Excellent service and technician!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
