I was sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I filled out a sheet and waited. No one was at the front desk and I heard women laughing in the back room. For a clinic with walk in appointments, the clinic staff sure wasn’t even available for any.
Dr. Toni is excellent, but the girls who work at the reception desk provide terrible service, as if we were asking for free service. Thanks to us who attend this clinic, they have jobs. I don't want them to smile at me or flirt with me, but they simply fight with me more than my husband at home.
Dr.Toni and her staff is amazing!!!! I visited the clinic when she was on Lauren's Rd...Dr.Toni I would say is a phenomenal NP., she has such an humble spirit...Talking with Dr.Toni is like talking to a family member she listens,;and goes beyond to help you with your medical needs.She and her staff are the most kindness people.I have not visited the new Grace Medical clinic, but I will visit soon ....
If I could give a one start I would. One of the lady’s in the front desk is very rude . DOES NOT know how to greet patients. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Do not recommend
Tony is a caring person. She treats you like a family. She’s definitely the best doctor I have seen for 19 years in SC. When I found out she wasn’t on the other clinic I googled her and I found her new place. I didn’t go for few years and when she saw me she remember me. Hope more doctors were like her. Thank you Tony, may God bless you with more years, you have a heart like gold.
