Terrible. How many millions were used to create confusion for the residents. First of all, don't use GPS for the address. It takes you past the garage to a dirt lot. You don't know this until it's too late. Then you have a 15 minute trek to try to get back. At the garage, there are ticket machine that are covered. Are they really thinking of charging us to use the services we already pay for? Then you go into the garage with no idea where to really park. You need to park at level 4 or use the elevators. When you come out of the elevators, you better hope it's not raining because no one thought to give you a covered path to the admin building. It is not overly close either. When inside, you get sent to several different places in order to get non caring employees who can't/don't help you.
