I am very grateful to Dental Studio and especially to Dr. Sergey Zakharov for the outstanding care and professionalism. Dr. Zakharov is highly skilled, attentive, and truly caring. He works very carefully and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The atmosphere in the clinic is warm and welcoming. I was also assisted by a staff member named Kiki, who was absolutely wonderful — kind, friendly, and very reassuring. She immediately makes you feel calm and at ease. In such an environment, you don’t even feel nervous about your appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Zakharov’s dental office to anyone looking for professional and compassionate dental care.

⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star VIP Dental Experience! ⭐ If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Walking into this clinic feels like entering a spa where teeth go on vacation. The waiting area is so clean and cozy I almost forgot I was at the dentist — I was ready to order a latte and stay awhile. The front desk queen, Alina, deserves her own award. She’s super friendly, always helpful, and somehow manages to make paperwork feel like a fun activity (still don’t know how she does that). The bathroom? Spotless. Cozy. Immaculate. I’ve seen luxury hotels do worse. Honestly, these people treat patients like VIP celebrities — I half expected a red carpet to roll out for me. A special shoutout to Dental Assistant Kiki, the absolute superstar! She makes X-rays, root canal prep, and all the scary stuff feel like a walk in the park. Friendly, caring, and so professional — I felt completely safe in her hands. And of course, Dr. Sergey Zakharov — pure dentist blessing. He explains everything clearly, works with absolute precision, and somehow manages to make even the crown and root canal experience almost… enjoyable?! A legend. They also walk you through financial options in a realistic, stress-free way. No pressure, no confusion — just honest help. If you want a place where your teeth get treated like royalty and you get treated like a VIP, this is the dental office for you. Highly recommend! 👑🦷✨

I had an emergency situation with a broken tooth, and this dental studio truly went above and beyond. They were able to see me immediately and fixed everything quickly and professionally. The staff was very friendly and understanding, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’m really grateful for how they handled everything on such short notice. This is honestly the best dental place I’ve ever been to. Dr. Serge is the GOAT! Highly recommend!

The Dr., and the staff, are experienced, knowledgeable, thorough and, more importantly, are pleasant and patient in insuring my comfort. I needed a lot of work to be done (chipped & severely worn down wisdom molar and large bridge replacement due to cavities on the front/rear anchor teeth). The use the latest X-Ray, and other imaging devices to identify the actual state of all my teeth. With those pictures, they explained the processes they would use to address the issues. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions before beginning the work. I have been in and out of dentists' offices over 55+ years. This was the first time that I did not feel the "pinch" of the needle used to administer the anesthetic. As they worked, they often checked with me about my comfort level. Had they not had to drill, tap, etc. to repair the one tooth and remove the old bridge, I might have fallen asleep. 3 hours later, I left with a repaired tooth and a temporary bridge with no residual soreness or pain. And, I am scheduled to return in a couple of weeks for the permanent bridge. Late that same afternoon, I was eating my dinner and heard a "crack" at the bridge site. I felt no breakage or splitting on the bridge, nor any pain. Feeling something's not right, I called the office and was instructed to return as soon as possible. During the follow up, they explained that because of the large bridge, there would be added stresses on the anchor connections and the bonding material became compromised. To address it, they made a slight modification for the bridge "bite" to and used a different bonding material. Again, throughout that process, they insured I understood and was comfortable. A short time later, I went home and finished my dinner. The next day, however, I had difficulty with soreness in the gums around the chipped tooth repair. My thought was to simply change how I chewed on that side and bring it up when the permanent bridge arrived. However, later that day, the Dentist office called to check on me. When I explained the soreness in the gum around the repaired chipped tooth, I was instructed in return to their office right away. Upon arrival, the Dr. reviewed the details of my issue. Then he modified the previous repair to eliminate issues with food being pressed against the gums around the tooth. A half hour later or so, I headed home. For the past two days, I have had no issues with the chipped tooth repair or the temporary bride. Though I have a return appointment to install the permanent bridge, but I feel confident this team will get the job done. I am so pleased that I chose this Dentist (and staff) after moving here from the Harrisburg, Pa area.
