I went to Greenville Health care because I could not get an appointment with my normal health care provider at ECU family Medicine. I was so pleased with my whole visit from the check-in to the checkout process. Everyone there makes you feel so welcome. They were all so friendly and attentive. The medical assistant (Monesha) took very good care of me. Dr Russell was really the best Dr that I have ever seen in my whole 60 years on this earth. She provided such good care that I switched from ECU Family medicine to Greenville Healthcare. I finally found my home. Thank you to the whole team. You guys are awesome.

This office was reviewing medications, weight, and other personal information for other patients right in front of me, which is a HUGE HIPAA violation. The cleanliness was questionable, and my husband and I were left to wait for testing multiple times, while the nurses were never made aware we were waiting until we went and asked them how much longer it would be, when they would become suddenly available. They also changed my provider with no notice to me, including when I called to schedule an appointment, and told them that was my current provider with them. Reception was very friendly, but the clinical side needs more supervision/training and a HIPAA class.

Extremely disappointing and concerning experience with this office regarding my mother’s care and the way her provider’s office handled the situation. Her provider prescribed a medication that was medically necessary, but the office failed to submit the required prior authorization to my insurance company in a timely manner. This caused an unnecessary delay in receiving important treatment and disrupted her care. What made the situation worse was the lack of transparency and communication from the staff. When she repeatedly contacted the office to ask about the status of the authorization, she was not given clear answers about whether it had even been submitted to my insurance. This was especially frustrating because my mother’s provider at the same office was aware of the situation, yet the issue continued without resolution. Patients should not have to repeatedly follow up or chase basic administrative tasks that directly impact access to prescribed medical treatment. The most troubling part of this experience was the dismissive and unprofessional response from the front desk. When she asked for an update, she was told: “You’re not the only one, so don’t expect for it just to happen anytime soon.” This is not an acceptable way to speak to patients who are trying to access medically necessary medication. Administrative responsibilities like prior authorizations are a critical part of patient care. When offices delay or mishandle them, patients are the ones who suffer the consequences. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude she has experienced here raises serious concerns about how patient needs are being handled. I strongly encourage this office to review its internal processes, accountability, and staff conduct. Patients deserve timely care, clear communication, and basic professionalism—especially when their health is involved.

I used to love Mr Quinn. HE GETS 10 STARS!!! I had been seeing him for years. He was a very very very good provider. They don't take my insurance anymore and since Mr Quinn isn't there I have no reason to go there anymore. The last straw was last week I needed a refill on my sleep medicine. They said I had to come in and be seen just to get one medication refilled. I have never ever ever had this problem before and I've been a patient here for many years. They wanted me to pay almost $300 just to get one refill. That was so frustrating. I'm on 2 other control drugs, as they call it, and there was no problem calling those in. So I definitely will not go back here again!! I refuse to pay that much money just for a 5 minute visit. Its so ridiculous!! I get labs done every 6 months.. But any time in between that time, I've always been able to get refills without a visit. So I'm so done with them now.
