Guardian just finished replacing all our slider doors on 4th floor condo. All involved did a great job. Aman was always prompt at answering my communications/questions. The installers; Mason, DJ & Junior did quality work, showed up when they said they would, were polite & considerate, plus texted me when leaving for the day. Phil, Josh & Jose checked up on the work being done & Josh did a final inspection with minor touch up work. Overall it was a good experience & great teamwork. The sliders look impressive & operate smoothly.

If I could give them 10 stars…I would! Honestly, the entire process from sales to installation was seamless. Dan Bartlett, our salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable, promptly responsive, and very professional. Dean and Mandy were very helpful and responsive as well. Mark was very knowledgeable with the Bahama shutters. Phil, the project manager, and his team who did the window and door installation were wonderful. The meticulous craftsmanship did not go unnoticed. They took very good care of our home when they were there. You couldn’t even tell that work had been done once the project was complete. Installation was completed in a timely manner. Phil was top notch in promptly responding to questions and keeping us updated. We absolutely love the transformation! Overall, it was an exceptional experience. I highly, highly recommend Guardian Hurricane Protection. Don’t think twice!!

I had a very frustrating experience with Guardian Hurricane Protection and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. After the salesman, Dan Bartlett, secured a $68,000 contract, communication essentially stopped. There was little to no follow-up on outstanding issues, and it ultimately took six separate follow up visits before the job was finally completed. During the process, the installation crew damaged furniture and walls, and one of the storm shutters was partially removed--leaving it unusable and unfixable. I signed a quote to have that shutter fully removed for $800, but despite nine follow-ups, I never received a response. Fast forward two years: when I went to sell my condo, I was forced to pay $4,000 out of pocket to have the improperly handled shutter removed. The lack of accountability and communication was unacceptable, especially given the size of the project. My condo was part of a >$4 million window project in which Guardian was the preferred vendor promoted by the HOA. My advice: Find another company and if you are forced to use them because of HOA referrals, do not make final payment until every detail of the job is fully completed and inspected. UPDATE - Thanks for the owner reply, but I tried calling you personally, but your VM was always full. Provide your email address and I'd be happy to fill your inbox with messages that I sent that were not responded to. Also, signed quotes carry a lot more weight than "call logs" Seriously, call logs? That's funny.

Guardian had installed new windows in our unit about 4 years ago and we were very satisfied with their work and attention to detail. This past November we again hired them to install impact resistant sliding glass doors on our lanai. We were again impressed with the professionalism of the crew and how the final product came out. I didn't have to touch a caulking gun or paint brush and when they left everything was clean and so professional. My neighbors used another company for their installation and they were amazed at the difference between the two installations. Guardian was the clearly the best.

During a complete renovation of our condo, we used Guardian to replace all windows and doors of our unit. The product quality, install service, and follow-up was excellent! Attention to detail and completing even the little things made the difference. They also completed the work on a timely basis which was key in the overall process. Most recently, we had a screen go bad because of the climate. I took the screen in and despite the fact it has been several years, it was replaced very quickly! Again, excellent service by people of Guardian who care about their jobs and follow-up. A warm thank you!
