I’ve been going to Dr. Holliday for about four years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with a dentist and dental office. Dr. Holliday and his staff do amazing work, and they always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone is kind, professional, and truly cares about the patient experience. I’m so grateful to have found a dental team I trust and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Such nice people here! Having a crown put in can be not very pleasant, but their equipment, expertise, and efficiency made the whole thing very easy for me. Their kindness extended to going to offering me coffee while waiting for the crown to be made, and then, realizing they had no creamer, my technician went across the street to Chestnut to bring me a latte on them! Dental and customer services both superb!

At my visit today at Dr. holiday‘s office in Greenville and the whole team there that were very closely and they’re very professional they’re very polite. I mean they are very experienced. I recommend this office Dr holiday to everyone he does exceptional work. I mean he’s not one of the doctors that there’s like trying to rush through to get you out of there to get to the next person he takes his time with each and everyone of his customer you know customers and he doesn’t awesome job. I’ll honestly I don’t have those or know the words how to express how awesome of an experience and I picked up my set a new interest today man they are gorgeous. I mean it makes you makes me feel like a whole new me. I mean my smile is beautiful. I mean, they feel good in my mouth and it’s like the highest technology cutting edge experience that you could ever have and you come out feeling like a whole new person with a brighter spirit or a new uplifted you I guess is the best way I can describe it but like I said, my experience was excellent today just like it has been every time I’ve been to his office the whole team there all the workers there I called the team they are exceptional. I promise you you will not ever regret if you make that decision to go to that office to have any kind of dental or done dentures or anything I mean is the best experience you can have and the best feeling you can ever have in your heart and how much of a difference it makes you feel within yourself when you smile. I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review on anything in my life, but because I loved my experience with Holiday Dental so much, I had to share it. I live in Augusta, GA, about 2.5 hours away, and starting Invisalign with Holiday Dental in December 2024 was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The biggest reason I chose them was cost. I called every orthodontist in my area and received quotes ranging from $4,000–$7,000+ for Invisalign. Many offices also charged consultation fees, meaning you have to spend money just to find out your options. Holiday Dental offered a free consultation, which allowed me to explore treatment with no risk. At the time, their website listed Invisalign at $3,200 (including the new-patient discount). My insurance covered $1,000, so I paid only $2,200 total. From what I understand, the price is now around $3,900, but even at that price, I believe it’s still extremely competitive compared to many other offices. Of course, everyone should explore their options, but Holiday Dental is absolutely worth considering. They also offered flexible payment options, which made treatment even more accessible. Beyond the cost, the entire experience was excellent. Every orthodontic assistant I worked with was kind, attentive, and willing to answer my many questions. Dr. Holiday was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about achieving a great result. The atmosphere also stood out to me. Every assistant who worked on me has been a delight. I have never felt rushed or made uncomfortable by any of the staff. My sister and several friends work in dental and orthodontic offices, and I often hear stories about workplace drama, gossip, and unhappy coworkers. Obviously, I can’t speak for what happens behind the scenes, but as a patient, Holiday Dental feels different. Everyone seems happy, friendly, and supportive, and I think that positive environment shows in the way patients are treated. One thing I especially appreciated was how accommodating they were about the distance I traveled. Instead of requiring frequent monthly visits, they provided multiple months’ worth of aligners at a time. Because of that, I only had to make about five or six trips throughout my entire treatment. Another huge plus was how efficiently the office is run. I was usually called back within 8–12 minutes of arriving, which is impressive compared to offices where I’ve waited 30 minutes to an hour. Most importantly, they paid attention to the details. They carefully monitored my progress, answered my questions, and even recommended additional refinement when needed instead of ending treatment early. Dr. Holiday also polished and smoothed some ridges on my teeth exactly as I requested, and the results turned out symmetrical and natural. They even sent me home with four tubes of whitening gel early in my treatment. My teeth look great, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’ve already recommended Holiday Dental to several friends interested in Invisalign, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering treatment. Even if you live a couple of hours away like I do, the drive can be worth it for the quality of care, flexibility, and affordability. Plus, there’s a Trader Joe’s nearby, and Greenville has plenty of great places to eat and things to do while you’re there.

Today was my wife's first visit to Holliday Dental for an evaluation and cleaning. We are so thankful that this practice was referred to us. Our experience was superb! Bright, clean offices, friendly and helpful staff, and a talented and experienced doctor. It is a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere!
