My house was so clean and the team was very kind and punctual, even on a holiday weekend. Their care and kindness was very apparent and appreciated. I don’t have a huge budget for cleaning, but I need the extra help and I felt like a huge burden lifted off my shoulders knowing I didn’t waste it on a company who doesn’t care about their results. Everything was spotless and I’m excited to keep working with HCH.

This is my second time using Home Clean Heroes before an event at my house. I am a bit of a neat freak but it gets overwhelming to clean and plan for food for a large group of people. Both times I have been very happy with the work that is done. Today Nicole and Shay completed the one time clean for us. The ladies showed up in the time frame that was given to us. It took them three hours to clean our house. It looks immaculate and smells great. I couldn't be happier. We will definitely keep using Home Clean Heroes in the future.

Fantastic service, incredible value, and trustworthy staff. I signed up for cleaning service every two weeks when my wife was having a hard time with her health. Even though she is now up and around it makes no sense to discontinue the service. HCH is reliable, on time, thorough, and guests to our home make comments on how well kept the house has been.

Found this company at the Home expo at the convention center and they seemed great. Initial cleaning they came out and were here for multiple hours, my house looked amazing. Second cleaning went great, I thought I had found a winner. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Third cleaning and they had missed a bunch of stuff. Sent pictures and called the office and they offered to come back out and fix it and then give me a credit on my next cleaning. They did come back out and I thought maybe it was just a one and done mistake. I got an email for a $99, one hour cleaning and thought I would take advantage of that to spruce up the downstairs before we came back on vacation since we were having somebody stay at the house to watch my dogs. Called and scheduled and was very clear about what I wanted and was told with our credit the cost would be $75. Called again a few days before we left for vacation just to confirm and make sure everything was good. Got a conflicting email from them on vacation and called again to make sure services were still good for the day before we came home. Was told yes. Cleaning staff showed up the day we were traveling and had no idea what they were doing. All of my communication with the office was not given to the cleaning staff. I was literally sitting at the airport, trying to put out this fire and deal with the office staff, who confirmed they had all the information correct based off of what I reiterated to them. Got off the plane only to realize they didn’t charge me the $99 cleaning fee, they charged me full price of $145 per hour. So now I’m communicating via text and they’re telling me that I didn’t qualify for the $99 fee, which was never communicated any of the other times I spoke to them. I’ve asked to speak to the owner, but still no communication. Some of the cleaners are fantastic and on point, some of them not so much. But the office staff needs to get it together because they are the reason I’m leaving this company. Tread lightly if you use them.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I paid $425 for a deep clean, but the results were completely inadequate, leaving me with dirty cabinets and unfinished rooms. While the cleaners were punctual and polite, the quality of work did not match the price point. They didnt even have enough supplies for the type of cleaning scheduled. ​When I raised these concerns, the company offered a "fix" on a Monday, which was useless given my scheduled move-in. We spent hours redoing the deep clean. Despite the failure to complete the job, they refused even a partial refund. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful during a stressful time. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
