Update 5/31/23: Kevin and Leon came out to replace broken window and fixed screen. Much better customer service. They were unaware of the other issues, but did take pictures and said they would request replacement frame, seal around windows and fix the caulking. Once completed I will update here and consider adjusting rating. Original: Terrible install. Installed 1 broken window, scratched up frame of another, cut screen on the one they scratched up. Didn't seal the outside properly. Dave, the installer seemed annoyed when this was brought to his attention and pulled the paper out of my husband's hands before he could write down his concerns. Josh, the sales guy says don't worry it's all covered under warranty but won't give us a call to go over how they are going to fix this.

My windows were constructed in 2016-17. Supposedly have "lifetime warranty". First window began building up condensation between panes just before hurricane Ian and was replaced with no issues. Now 2 more windows are having the same issues and one is leaking into my walls and house. Their phones go directly to a full voice mail. Their previous email is now a daemon and typed messages through their website remain unanswered. Might be best to stay away.

4 of the new windows are leaking into the home and have ruined the inside walls and are allowing mold to grow inside my drywall. We have contacted the company several times but they have ghosted us. I am now having to retain a lawyer to get them to honor their warranty. I have photos to prove the poor craftsmanship and damages. Avoid these people!!

This is absolutely a real review as their unfortunate customer. Unfinished work, with no call backs for 7 weeks now. Do NOT do business with these monsters. Filed a formal complaint with the BBB. Also, I noticed many of the 5 star reviews are from their own employees; I recognize their distinct names. Such garbage. Update: after 86 days, no progress or call from hp; still, unfinished work of very very vital piece & still calling. And am told to continue to wait. Filed complaint with AG. Update: finally after contacting the AG, I received a reply from HPA's arty stating they will be installing the front door lock. YES, you read that right! They did not install the lock. But now, I'm still waiting on window screens. I called Seth; his mailbox is too full to leave a message. This company will leave you hateful

$32K Mistake: Avoid This Company I paid over $32,000 to Home Performance Alliance for impact windows and doors. What I got instead: -Missed deadlines again and again -Poor workmanship that required fixes -Terrible communication—calls and emails ignored -No accountability once payment was made The stress, frustration, and wasted time have been overwhelming. This was the worst home improvement experience I’ve ever had. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity—look elsewhere.
