HomePros were absolutely amazing!!!!!! They were quick for a service call and within a few days my part was in and fully installed. All 3 of the gentlemen that were at my home over those 2 visits were super friendly, explained everything in simple terms and when they left, it looked as though no one was ever there. My garage was spotless from the work. If I could give them a higher star rating I would. Recommend to everyone!!!!!!
HomePros always does a great job. They installed my Rheem ac unit and air handler over 3 years ago as well as done all of the 6 month checkups on it and I couldnt be happier. Best ac company I've dealt with by far. The entire team is friendly, knowledge, and responsive. 5/5
My AC decided to quit right as summer was kicking into gear, which was bad news for both me and my Siberian Husky. We like to keep the house at a crisp 65 degrees, so getting it fixed quickly was a top priority! I called HomePros, and they were able to come out incredibly fast. The technician diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, and had everything running again in no time. The service was professional, the pricing was fair, and the entire experience was hassle-free. If you're looking for a reliable company that responds quickly, does quality work, and charges a fair price, I highly recommend HomePros. They saved me and my Husky!!
Outstanding service! Alex and his team were incredible. We had a last minute AC issue within hours of our week long vacation and they were able to get here within 30 minutes to give us a solution and unbelievable turnarounds. They were able to completely replace the unit the next morning while we were gone and they were thorough with follow ups and images of the service. Everything was taken care of by the next day which is incredible for a full unit replacement. We were able to get our dog out of daycare and back home with the dog sitter the following day which made our trip enjoyable again. Highly recommend this company for any AC work!
Alex came out to take a look at my AC, he was kind, courteous, and cut directly to the issue. Instead of immediately trying to jump to selling me a new system or trying to upgrade anything. He found the issue, checked other possibilities and then clearly communicated everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Would definitely call again!
