We’ve been using Insecto Pest Solutions for a couple of years now, and I want to say they’re the absolute best company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m 72 so I’ve seen a few. lol. All companies can spray and deliver chemicals, but Insecto has the best customer service I’ve ever seen in pest control. They never act superior or make me feel like I’m not seeing what I know I saw. Jason is always so polite and kind, and Juan goes above and beyond every time he’s here. Juan makes sure he knocks down all the cobwebs that he can find and he always asks if I’ve had any problem areas and he gives it extra attention. He’s very careful of our pets. It says something about Jason that he has Juan still working for him because others I’ve used in the past have new employees every time they come. I’ve also had a terrible time with ants this year and as soon as I let them know they always take care of it the same day at no extra cost. They are wonderful and I can’t say enough good things about the service I receive. You should feel no hesitation to give them a try, you will be happy with the service.

His knowledge and attention to detail gave us so much confidence throughout the process. Jason worked efficiently and made sure EVERY area of concern was treated thoroughly. He also shared helpful tips to prevent future issues and followed up to ensure everything was resolved. Thanks to his swift response and expertise, our home is now completely flea-free.
