I have used JTE ELECTRIC multiple times for different services. The most recent was for a new breaker box inside and outside, including a new meter and bringing everything up to code. Mona in the office is amazing, and Mike and his helper did a great job doing the electrical work. I have also used them to put in a whole home surge protector, a car charger, ceiling fans, and a generator transfer switch. Their prices are fair, they are incredibly responsive, they always do a fantastic job, they clean up after themselves, and I like that they are a local business. I highly recommend JTE Electric for all of your electrical needs! Kudos to another job well done!

JTE is always responsive and accessible. Their staff is friendly while remaining professional. They are always willing to lend a helping hand. They often go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I am very impressed with the way they run their business. They won’t let you down and can always be counted on. And their prices are very reasonable. They have ethics, which is sometimes hard to find with contractors these days. I highly recommend.

Outstanding Customer Service ! Mona V, ma'am you're a Rock Star! Mona, will handle your call and keep you abreast as to the progress of your job status.... She's awesome, Kind, Knowledgeable, Friendly and professional. DJ and Carlos, the electricians that came to my home to install my generator transfer switch, were outstanding! DJ, thanking you for taking your time to explain to me the sequential order, that I have to take when employing my portable generator, and the quality, clean work that DJ & Carlos performed on our home. NO SALES Gimmicks, this is the original company that performed the initial electric service when my home was built, and they honored me for being loyal to them! Our house is from 1980 and so is much of our wiring so when JTE installed new lights and appliances as part of our renovations they certainly ran into some challenges making sure that everything was up to code. DJ was not deterred and made sure that everything worked - old and new. He even installed a switch for our attic light while he was up there (previously we just screwed in the lightbulb!). He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. What a joy to work with! I should also mention the Brady was extremely responsive and communicative to make sure that we got our issues fixed. Highly recommend!

DJ is now my go-to electrician. In an hours time he corrected numerous electrical problems we discovered after moving into our new home and added a GFCI outlet into our water closet for my wife's bidet. Extremely experied and really personable attitude. both him and Carlos made my day!!! I'm so happy to find a good, reputable, and fairly priced electrical repair company!!! Thank You and Thanks DJ.
