Used him since he was in my neighborhood and i want to use local. After reading the reviews these are the same issues that i had as well.should have read them before hiring. He gives the jobs to someone else which they dont know what they are doing. My spa was 3 months old and now looks like 10 years old. See photos below and you will see for yourself. After the review he texted me to add the photos after he cleaned the spa. So i did.They dont know what they are doing. After conplaining he just texted me that my home is out of their route. Owner of the POOL Company Jorge have no sense on how to talk to his clients. I worked with him because I found one of his employees in my neighbor hood pressure washing driveway and I hired him but I had to work with his employer Jorge. Past few times I saw someone else coming to clean my pool he didn't even spend 5 mins. Do you call this a pool service. When I told Jorge that I want the guy who I was working with to come and clean my pool he goes "your services are cancelled" I am like what the heck is this how to fix any issue and then started his abusive language and unprofessional behavior. He called me and called me names and use abusive language when I confronted him that he should talk respectfully with this clients. He doesn't like to take feedback. I hired Jorge only because I like his employee who works for him or else I will never hire such shallow unprofessional pool company whos Owner doesn't even respect his clients from where he is making his money and bread and butter. He shows no respect and call names. Never in my life seen such immature behavior. I rate his poorly and I will recommend everyone to work with a professional company where you get valued for your service and they talk respectfully not like him so rude and ill mannered. I wont be surprised if he comes back with his fake comments or use more abusive language to revert to my feedback. I WILL SAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Apparently gave business to someone without communicating to customers. Had used for over 12 years. When I terminated I got a 👍. No comment or explanation. Real professional!
