This is my go to spot for Menudo. Its consistent and close, so very convenient. On the weekends is the busiest and you just have to write your name on the list but it does go by pretty quick. I like to dine alone sometimes so you get your name called even faster. But over all the everyone is very nice and attentive.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered shrimp soup and asked if the vegetables could be removed. The server told me it wouldn’t be a problem, but the dish arrived with the vegetables still on it. When I pointed this out, the server took the plate back and later explained that she had made a mistake and that the vegetables could not actually be removed. Another server then spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone, saying that next time my request would not be honored and that this was the last time it would be done, whether I liked it or not. I understand mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled and the tone used were very unprofessional.
We were visiting from phoenix arizona. We decided to check this place out. The food was amazing!! They got homemade tortillas by hand. And the Salsa was on point and service was the best!! We recommend eating here you will not be disappointed.
A fantastic Cinco De Mayo breakfast. The best Chilaquiles con Carne Asada I've ever had.
My spectators were super high quality with the food unfortunately it wasn't that good, we tried menudo, camarones al mojo de ajo and sopes. Everything was tasteless, I don't recommend this place better option for Mexican food could be SABOR MI TIERRA on La Palma Ave. Sorry I need to be honest.
