UPDATE: the response is pathetic and shows thru lack of understanding for STR owners and their coverups to avoid the truth. I will also add that they themselves did not have a single cleaning item! Do you see anything in their hands? They came to the door and said, “Why did you make the cleaners leave- they were their to afire about their cleaners who could not take any direction from the host, because they couldn’t understand a word of English. The 2 people they sent out were completely unqualified and incompetent house cleaners for three reasons: 1) they couldn’t speak a word of English, 2) they didn’t bring cleaning sullies, 3) they didn’t even know where to begin. At all times, they needed an interpreter. Avoid this company at all costs. They were the worst and also lied about the situation. They can back about 2 hours later - they themselves are not short term rental hosts, so they have no idea how to relate. I hired them for a one-day turnaround on a luxury short-term rental, and they showed up with only two cleaners who had no vacuum, moved extremely slowly, could not communicate with me at all, and clearly had no idea how to properly clean a home. Because I had a guest checking in and needed the place cleaned quickly and professionally, I had to send them away and bring in someone else. Later, they returned with the owner, who chose to defend the cleaners instead of taking responsibility, questioned me about why I let them go, and argued on my property instead of focusing on fixing the problem. I ultimately had to firmly tell them to leave my property, which was the last thing I needed in the middle of a tight turnover. This company is a complete disaster and a serious risk to any host who cares about their property, their guests, and their reviews.

I use Luxury STR Cleaners for my Airbnb in St. Petersburg, and they’ve been amazing. The place always looks spotless, the bed perfectly made, everything smells fresh, and they even leave small touches like a folded blanket or paper flower in the bathroom. They’re professional, always on time, and really care about their work. My turnovers are stress-free now, and my guest reviews have improved a lot. Highly recommend them for any host in St. Pete
