After 2 terrible experiences with floor installation, I found Master Touch Tile and Stone. I met with Carolina and she was awesome! From picking out the tile to the finished product, the process went so smoothly! They covered everything in the house as they worked and took great care to be careful with moving furniture around, as we had the entire home done. Ron sent updated photos to us and kept us well informed as the job went on. Upon completion, they cleaned the entire floor and wiped down countertops etc. They even changed the filters!! Our floor is amazing! I would recommend them 200%!

I'm not one who posts these, but Chris, Ron, Shelby, and the crew did an absolutely incredible job replacing the floors with porcelain tile in my home! They look flawless, make the house look totally new. They've previously done a tiled bathroom renovation for me before, and when I'm ready for another project, I won't be calling anyone else!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Shelbi took time to help us find our perfect tile choices as well as keeping us updated on our project dates and expectations. Ron answered all questions and checked on his team routinely. Our tile layers, Gio and Alejandro are true experts at their craft. Carolina reinforced that our choices were beautiful. This company treated our home with the utmost respect throughout the entire project, protecting our space and even swept their way out of our home at the end of each day. We recommend Chris and his entire Master Touch team to the highest degree. Use them and you won't be disappointed!

We worked with Master Touch Tile and Stone on our full home remodel, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They helped us plan the project, connected us with subcontractors, and even assisted us with tile shopping to give advice and help with selections to bring our vision to life. We opted to manage the overall remodel ourselves rather than by hiring a general contractor. Master Touch, with their knowledgeable and experienced team, really helped us through the whole process with advice and coordination that enabled the project to run as smoothly as possible. There were countless occasions where their expertise helped us to make decisions that arose as the project progressed and to coordinate the other trades effectively. Throughout the remodel, the team was professional, reliable, and incredibly respectful of our home. They managed dust and debris carefully during demo, meticulously protecting furniture and possessions that remained on site. Thanks to their thoughtful planning and assistance in relocating furniture and belongings around the house as the project progressed, one of us was able to continue to live in the house with our three dogs. Their installers—Juan, Alberto, Moses, Miguel, and others—were friendly, talented, and hardworking. They installed wood-look plank tile throughout the house, a beautiful herringbone subway tile in one bathroom, a complex marble shower with a full-length niche in the master bath, plus gorgeous backsplashes in the kitchen and utility room. Rafael from their punch-out team also did a great job with sill replacements, drywall repairs, and clean-up. We are delighted with the results. Special thanks to Shelbi, who coordinated everything so smoothly, and to Ron and Chris for their expert guidance, project management, and quality control. The whole team was extremely organised, consistently communicative, and a pleasure to work with for the full five months of our remodel, and the many months of planning leading up to it. We highly recommend Master Touch if you want craftsmanship excellence, meticulous project management, and a team you can trust with your home.

When we finally decided to take the plunge and retile our entire house and redo the master bath, we looked at all the local tile and stone contractors, read all the online reviews, and got recommendations from friends and neighbors. Based on their stellar reviews and responsiveness in providing us with a detailed quote and timeline, we selected Master Touch Tile and Stone, and we are SO glad we did. Since we are full-time residents and didn’t have another place to stay during the process, we had to live in the home while the demolition and retiling took place. Master Touch went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible the entire time. Several times during the job they moved our furniture from one side of the house to the other so we could live fairly normally, minimizing our exposure to the dust and noise. Master Touch uses a dustless system that was very effective in keeping the amount of dust in the home to an absolute minimum, and they covered everything in the house that was not movable where dust might intrude, right down to the air vents and even the electrical outlets. They put up zipper walls to block off the areas actively being worked from the rest of the house I have done quite a lot of tile work myself and have hired several different tile contractors over the years, but I have never seen the level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and precision that we experienced with Master Touch. From the outset, we had a dedicated crew on our project, with the same well-trained and experienced workers every day, 6 days a week from 8 to 5 until the job was done. This was not like my experiences with other contractors in the past where they work a day here and a half day there whenever they can fit you in and don’t answer texts or voicemails. We also had daily visits from our project manager who oversaw the work and made sure we were happy with all aspects of it and the owner of the company also visited frequently to check on the work and make suggestions. Our project was a bit complicated because all of our kitchen cabinetry was sitting on top of the old tile and we decided to try to retain our existing baseboards throughout the house, which meant the old tile had to be cut away under the toe kicks and along the baseboards without damaging any of the woodwork. Master Touch did this so well that it appears as if the new tile has always been there. Also, once the old tile was removed, we found that the slab was not level in several areas and that had to be corrected. Master Touch took care of all the issues that popped up during demo and retiling, so we got a new floor that is dead flat and dead level. Our coordinator and project manager both gave us a lot of great ideas and suggestions on how we could design our new master bath and shower that gave a much better outcome than what we originally had in mind. The person who did the shower tile work was a real artist and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the finished work, everyone at Master Touch was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. In the end, they finished right on schedule, on cost, and with spectacular results
