On Thanksgiving, a driver not paying attention ran a red light and t-boned me. I was given Marc's info by a close friend, and he was kind enough to contact me on the day after Thanksgiving to help determine my best course of action. He gave me great advice and help get me started on working to a solution. Brian on his team helped run my case and was fantastic. Any questions I had, he'd reach out quickly and give thoughtful answers to help me understand what is going on and how we can proceed. Unfortunately, the at-fault driver was underinsured, and my insurance company offered a ridiculously low offer that didn't even cover my out-of-pocket expenses, let alone the loss of a vehicle, weeks of quality of life while healing, work, and a very large hospital bill.
