We hired them to deal with our ongoing rodent problems. They set traps in the attic, but now we're dealing with a terrible smell. When we contacted them about it, they informed us that there would be a $200 fee to remove the dead animal. Keep in mind that the initial rodent exclusion cost over $1500.
Chris put me on his schedule very quickly after I reported my concerns. His pricing was very fare. He said that if needed, he would come back before his next scheduled visit. Best of all, he doesn't require a contract.
These guys are amazing!! I have been dealing with a rodent problem for over a month and had hired a company to come out. After 3 weeks of no results and me losing sleep over this problem a friend gave me Chris's number from May Services. He came out that night and came back the next morning to check the status from what he layed out the night before. He made more progress in one evening than the other company did on THREE WEEKS!! These guys from May Services knows the industry and take pride in helping. The prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and they are so kind. If only I would have called them first....i am just thankful I have them now.
