Can't say enough good things about Miguel's Home and Commercial services. I really feel like him going the extra mile in cleaning out my dryer vent may have prevented my house from burning down. I had tried to do it myself, but couldn't, and when I saw what he pulled/ pushed out (lint and insulation), I knew why! He replaced my vent hose because it wasn't up to code... there were so many things that I couldn't foresee. Worth every penny!!!

Miguel's team handles the dryer vent cleaning in our condo complex. He has been awarded the contract year after year because they do great work, are professional, friendly and dependable. I would highly recommend him and his team for any services they provide that you might need. It's a family owned business and he and his wife are very responsive as well which is so refreshing in this day!

I had first used Miguel to clean out my dryer vents. Then I had him clean all my windows and lastly had him pressure wash my two story house and he did such a great job! He was very professional. We immediately saw the difference. All looks so clean and He is very detailed. I recommend him to all of my friends and clients. I have put him on a schedule to pressure wash my house every 6 months! Calling and setting up a time to do windows and pressure wash was very easy and he showed up when he said he would!
