I had a great experience with Modern Tile & Carpet. They repaired my tiles perfectly. I was very pleased with the appointment process. It was smooth. The technician, Mr. Billy Djerf was lovely, respectful and very professional. I'm happy with the service, the work and the pricing. Will use them again if needed and I would absolutely recommend them to others.
Modern tile did a regrout for my builder Sandstar homes whom I wouldn’t recommend since they don’t bother to check the work their contractors. So Hector who works for Modern Tile assured me that when he’s done it will be perfect. He also said he checks everything and makes sure its done correctly b4 he leaves. Hector also said that it would be a 2 to 3 day job. Guess what Hector was done in six hours. 2400 Square foot home all tile. After mentioning it was a horrible job Hector told sandstar homes nobody can make me happy. Hector either needs glasses or he just can’t do the job. See below pictures don’t lie. I also caught Hector lying about moving my love seat which he didn’t. After that he was in his truck and gone. Modern tile knew i wasn’t happy with the job and still never reached out or came out to look at the job.
Modern Tile and Carpet did a beautiful job with my recent kitchen remodel. The porcelain wood grain tile they recommended looks wonderful. We had it installed throughout our home and are very pleased with the choice. I would highly recommend Modern Tile and Carpet. This family owned company is top notch, exceeding our expectations. Thanks guys for a job well done!
You will not be disappointed with the decision to choose modern tile. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. We just had our floors redone in our store and they went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right flooring with the new vision we were creating. Modern Tile was a joy to work with on our recent renovation! The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. Working with their designer and viewing samples in their showroom was incredibly helpful in picking tile for a bathroom and LVT for a bedroom. We are thrilled with the final results!
