We had such an amazing experience with My Florida Vacation Rentals. Everything was smooth, organized, and stress-free and it truly felt like a luxury vacation experience from start to finish. Tucker Lecaroz was incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Tucker went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt taken care of during our stay. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both his clients and guests and that level of service really stands out. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Bonita Springs. The unit was exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking for, with a great view and a comfortable layout. We had plenty of towels and most essentials, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. That said, there are a few areas that could use some attention. The cleanliness could definitely be improved there were some missed spots, particularly around the dining area, under the bed, and in corners. We also noticed dried, stuck-on food on some furniture that may have been overlooked. As a host myself who does all my own cleaning, I may be a bit particular, but these details stood out. It seems a cleaning service is used, which is fine, but some deeper cleaning would really elevate the space. Additionally, the bed frame had bent legs, so we had to be careful getting in and out to avoid it breaking, and the toilet seat was loose. Neither issue ruined our stay, and we still made the best of it, but they are things that should be addressed. We enjoyed the beach being right across the street thats a plus in my book! Everything is either within walking distance or just a short drive. We enjoyed a delicious pizza from Grandpa's Pizza, Ice Cream from Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream and last but not least Coconut Jacks Waterfront Grill the Grouper bites were to die for highly recommend all three. We enjoyed a little trail walking at Cullums Bonita Trail just a short drive away. Overall, I give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we had a good stay and truly enjoyed the location and view. With a few tweaks and better attention to cleaning details, this place would be even better.

Our condo was an absolute gem! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beautiful white sands of Bonita Beach and close to fantastic restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s the perfect spot whether you want to relax, explore, or enjoy a bit of both. The amenities are top-notch: multiple pools and a friendly community atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The property is clean, secure, and beautifully landscaped, with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Watching the sunset over the Gulf from right across the street is truly unforgettable. Whether you’re staying for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation, Bonita Beach Tennis Club offers the ideal combination of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm. Highly recommend!

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club Unit 2001. Photos on VRBO not reflective of unit. This unit needs a lot of work. Cracked tiles everywhere, bath sink drain broken, no ice trays, dirty kitchen mat, ceiling fan over bed requires manual plug into wall to work, ceiling paint half done, bath/fan lite not working patio, patio lite not working, window blind not working, air conditioner struggles. This is a poor unit to rent for the price. We compared our neighbors unit and I feel ripped off . Don’t let the name penthouse”Penthouse 2001” fool you.

This is a great place to stay, only a couple block walk from the beach with gorgeous sunsets. Nicely renovated and clean condo with lots of amenities including a private rooftop pool! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again! Awesome hosts! They were very informative and offered assistance if needed throughout my stay!! Highly recommend staying here.
